        <h1>Customs Act Update: New Tariff Values for Oils, Metals, and Seeds Announced by Ministry of Finance.</h1> The Central Board of Excise Customs has amended the tariff values for various commodities under the Customs Act, 1962. The updated values include Crude Palm Oil at $814 per metric tonne, RBD Palm Oil at $819, and Crude Soya Bean Oil at $847. Brass Scrap is set at $3247, and Poppy Seeds at $2625 per metric tonne. Gold is valued at $400 per 10 grams, and Silver at $583 per kilogram. Areca Nuts are priced at $2594 per metric tonne. These changes are part of a notification from the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
