of <h1>RBI Adjusts US Dollar Reference Rate to Rs. 66.8625; Euro, Pound, Yen Rates Also Updated for October 24, 2016.</h1> The Reserve Bank of India set the reference rate for the US Dollar at Rs. 66.8625 on October 24, 2016, slightly down from Rs. 66.8943 on October 21, 2016. The exchange rates for other currencies against the Rupee were also adjusted: the Euro was at Rs. 72.7999, the British Pound at Rs. 81.6725, and 100 Japanese Yen at Rs. 64.43 on October 24. These rates are determined based on the US Dollar reference rate and cross-currency quotes. The Special Drawing Rights (SDR) to Rupee rate will also be based on this reference rate.
