<h1>India Boosts MSME Growth: Simplified Registration, Revival Framework, Rural Entrepreneurship, and Collateral-Free Loans Up to Rs. 10 Lakh.</h1> The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in India has introduced several initiatives to promote and facilitate ease of business for MSMEs. Key measures include the Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum (UAM) for simplified registration, a framework for MSME revival and rehabilitation, and the ASPIRE scheme to foster rural entrepreneurship. The Ministry also implements various schemes like the Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme and the Credit Guarantee Scheme to support MSMEs. Budget allocations for these initiatives have increased by 15% for 2016-17. Additionally, the Reserve Bank of India has mandated banks to extend collateral-free loans up to Rs. 10 lakh for MSMEs.
