The corresponding rate for the previous day (January 08, 2016) was ₹ 66.6690.
Based on the reference rate for the US Dollar and the middle rates of the cross-currency quotes, the exchange rate of EUR, GBP and JPY against the Rupee are given below:

Reference Rate update: US dollar rate change affects INR conversion and cross-currency euro, pound, yen rates. The Reserve Bank fixed the US dollar Reference Rate at Rs. 66.7885 on January 11, 2016 (previously Rs. 66.6690), and, using that rate with middle cross-currency quotes, published exchange rates of the euro, pound sterling and Japanese yen against the rupee; the SDR-rupee rate will be based on the reference rate.
