<h1>India Approves MOUs for Global Cooperation on Corporate Governance with EU, USA, UK, and More.</h1> The Union Cabinet, led by the Prime Minister, approved post-facto Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) involving the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Competition Commission of India (CCI), and Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) with various international entities. These agreements include collaborations with the Netherlands, Russia, Australia, the European Commission, Canada, the USA, the UK, and the International Finance Corporation. The MOUs aim to enhance knowledge exchange, technical cooperation, and experience sharing in corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, corporate regulation, and related professions. A bilateral Working Group will oversee the implementation of these agreements.
