<h1>Public Sector and Regional Rural Banks Launch Nationwide Campaign to Boost MUDRA Loans for Self-Sufficiency.</h1> Public Sector Banks and Regional Rural Banks launched a nationwide credit campaign to boost the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY), aiming to empower weaker sections through self-sufficiency. The government set a target of Rs. 1,22,188 crore for MUDRA loans in 2015, with allocations to various banking sectors. From April to November 2015, over 7 million accounts were created, disbursing Rs. 44,501.87 crore. The Centralized Public Grievance Redressal and Monitoring System received 282 grievances related to PMMY, with ongoing efforts for resolution. Additionally, the government introduced initiatives like the India Aspiration Fund and SIDBI's SMILE to support aspiring entrepreneurs.
