<h1>New Mechanisms Proposed for Exporters: Advisory Board, Trade Council, and Enhanced Grievance Systems to Improve Trade Communication.</h1> Two institutional mechanisms have been proposed to address exporters' issues and facilitate communication: the Board of Trade for advisory discussions and the Council for Trade Development and Promotion, comprising government representatives. Additionally, export promotion councils and trade bodies will continue to offer specialized consultations. Measures include policy relaxation for genuine hardship, grievance committees at the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, a web-based complaint system, a toll-free number, dedicated email for EDI and IEC issues, and committees for quality complaints and trade disputes. An All India Customs Consultative Group has also been established to discuss customs-related issues.
