<h1>Government Launches 11 Central Services on eBiz Portal for Streamlined Business Interactions and Improved Transparency.</h1> The Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, has launched 11 Central Government services on the eBiz portal, facilitating a single-window access for business-related services. This initiative, part of a mission mode project, aims to streamline Government-to-Business (G2B) interactions by offering end-to-end online services, including form submissions, payments, and status tracking. The portal, developed in a Public Private Partnership with Infosys, will initially implement 50 services across ten states during its pilot phase. The eBiz platform represents a shift towards a customer-centric approach, enhancing transparency and efficiency in government service delivery.
