The corresponding rate for the previous day (January 29, 2015) was ₹ 61.4998.

Reference rate publication: US dollar reference set and euro, pound, yen cross rates fixed against the rupee; SDR aligned. The Reserve Bank of India publishes a daily reference rate for the US dollar and, using that rate with cross currency middle rates, provides exchange rates for the euro, pound sterling and Japanese yen against the rupee; the SDR rupee rate is based on the USD reference rate.
