The IPR Think Tank set up by the Government of India submitted its first Draft of the National IPR Policy on 19th December, 2014.  All stakeholders are requested to send their comments and suggestions to the first Draft of the National IPR Policy to [email protected] on or before 30th January, 2015.  The document will be updated and further modified by the IPR Think Tank on the basis of comments received from the stakeholders.

National IPR policy draft invites stakeholder consultation; comments to designated government email will inform subsequent revisions. A draft of a National Intellectual Property Policy has been circulated for public consultation, with stakeholders invited to submit comments to the designated government email within the consultation period; the drafting body will review submissions and update the draft accordingly, incorporating stakeholder input into subsequent revisions.
