<h1>ICAI and ICMAI independently manage exams; Central Government has no role in pass percentage decisions.</h1> All activities related to the examinations conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, such as paper setting, valuation, pass percentage, and result declaration, are managed independently by the respective institutes. The Central Government does not influence the determination of pass percentages for these exams. This information was provided by the Minister of Corporate Affairs in a written response to a question in the Lok Sabha.
