Subsequent state-level implementing MoUs were signed: a Gujarat agency with a Chinese development bank to support park establishment in Gujarat, and a Maharashtra industrial undertaking with a Chinese manufacturer to set up an industrial park in Maharashtra, as reported by the central minister in parliament.
