The corresponding rate for the previous day (November 27, 2014) was ₹ 61.8650.

Based on the reference rate for the US Dollar and the middle rates of the cross-currency quotes, the exchange rate of EUR, GBP and JPY against the Rupee are given below:

Reference rate publication sets official dollar benchmark and determines linked SDR Rupee and cross currency Rupee rates. Reserve Bank of India publishes the Reference Rate for the US Dollar and, using middle cross-currency rates, provides Rupee exchange rates for the Euro, Pound and Yen; it also states that the SDR-Rupee rate will be based on the published reference rate.
