Reference rate publication for the US dollar establishes cross currency conversion and SDR rupee linkage for exchange reporting. The central bank published an official reference rate for the US dollar which anchors the rupee exchange values for euro, pound sterling and yen through cross currency middle rates, and the SDR Rupee rate is declared to be based on that published reference rate.
