The Reserve Bank of India’s Reference Rate for the US Dollar is ₹ 61.5500 on November 11, 2014.

The corresponding rate for the previous day (November 10, 2014) was ₹ 61.4513.

Based on the reference rate for the US Dollar and the middle rates of the cross-currency quotes, the exchange rate of EUR, GBP and JPY against the Rupee are given below:

Reference rate for US dollar sets rupee exchange benchmarks and informs cross currency euro, pound, and yen rates. The Reserve Bank announced the Reference Rate for the US Dollar as the benchmark for rupee valuations, compared it with the prior day's rate, and stated that the SDR Rupee rate will be based on this reference rate; it also published rupee exchange rates for the Euro, Pound Sterling and Japanese Yen derived from the dollar reference and middle cross currency rates.
