The corresponding rate for the previous day (October 08, 2014) was ₹ 61.4648.

Reference rate for US Dollar guides rupee exchange rates and determines SDR rupee valuation under central bank release. The notice publishes the US Dollar Reference Rate for the stated date and the preceding day, states that Euro, Pound and Yen exchange rates are derived from that reference using cross currency middle rates, and specifies that the SDR Rupee rate will be based on the published US Dollar reference rate.
