It proposed establishing a dedicated Special Session of the Committee on Agriculture with clear procedures, timelines and outcomes to reach a permanent solution by the end of 2014, applying a similar accelerated approach to other Bali elements including LDC issues, and reviewing progress in the General Council in October 2014.
