Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has decided to extend the last date for submission of written comments on quality of service requirements for delivery of basic financial services using mobile phones by stakeholders up to 8th December 2010 and Counter comments upto 15th December 2010. Earlier on 28th October 2010, the Authority had invited comments of stakeholders. The last dates for receiving comments and counter comments were fixed as 23rd November, 2010 and 30th November, 2010 respectively. 

Request has been received from stakeholder for extension of time for sending their comments. In view of the importance of the issue, the Authority has decided to extend the last date for submission of written comments by stakeholders. Stakeholders are requested to submit their comments/Counter comments before this date preferably in electronic form at [email protected] Quality of service requirements for mobile financial services: deadline extended for stakeholder comments and countercomments.
