        The Government has announced the launch of a national Multi-Skill programme called Skill India. Announcing this during his maiden Budget Speech in the Lok Sabha today, the Finance Minister Shri Arun Jaitley said that this programme would skill the youth with an emphasis on employability and entrepreneur skills.
