<h1>RBI Updates Reference Rates: Dollar at Rs. 59.7290, Euro at Rs. 82.2235, Pound at Rs. 100.8166, Yen at Rs. 58.60.</h1> The Reserve Bank of India set the reference rate for the US dollar at Rs. 59.7290 and for the Euro at Rs. 82.2235 on May 12, 2014. The rates for the previous day were Rs. 60.0540 for the US dollar and Rs. 83.0738 for the Euro. The exchange rate for the British Pound was Rs. 100.8166, down from Rs. 101.6534, and for 100 Japanese Yen, it was Rs. 58.60, down from Rs. 59.06. The SDR-Rupee rate will be calculated based on these reference rates.
