This service addresses problems related to document availability and system malfunctions. The Helpdesk can be reached via a toll-free number or email and operates from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on working days. If an issue is unresolved, a complaint number will be provided for future reference. For unresolved email complaints, the complaint number will be communicated on the next working day.
