<h1>RBI Launches March 2014 Consumer Confidence Survey in Six Cities to Guide Monetary Policy Decisions.</h1> The Reserve Bank of India has launched the latest round of its Consumer Confidence Survey (CCS) for March 2014, continuing its quarterly assessment since June 2010. The survey targets around 5,400 respondents in six major cities, gathering insights on economic conditions, household circumstances, income, spending, price perceptions, and employment prospects. The results inform monetary policy decisions. M/s Sigma Research Consulting Pvt. Ltd. has been appointed to conduct the survey. Selected respondents will be contacted, while others can participate by downloading and submitting the survey schedule. Queries can be directed to the RBI's Department of Statistics and Information Management in New Delhi.
