The Single Point Registration Scheme of NSIC grants registered MSEs free tender sets, exemption from earnest money, and procurement priority allowing them to supply a portion of requirements by matching the lowest non MSE bid under a specified price band mechanism; the release also records an increasing state wise trend in MSE registrations over the three reported years with accompanying totals.
