This decision, adhering to Department of Public Enterprises guidelines, allows up to 10% of below board level posts at TCIL to be filled this way, optimizing technical manpower utilization. TCIL, an ISO-certified Mini Ratna Category-I Public Sector Undertaking, is a leading telecommunications consultancy and engineering company established by the Government of India in 1978.
