<h1>Cabinet Approves Joint Venture for Greater Noida Trunk Infrastructure; Aims for Rs.33,000 Crore Investment in 30 Years.</h1> The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs has approved a Joint Venture Company (JVC) between the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) Trust and the Government of Uttar Pradesh for developing trunk infrastructure in Greater Noida as part of the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor project. This initiative aims to attract over Rs.33,000 crore in private investments over 30 years, create employment, and stimulate industrial growth. The project, costing Rs.1714.70 crore, will be implemented in two stages, with initial infrastructure development followed by phased township development involving private sector participation. The site spans 302.5 hectares within the Greater Noida Master Plan.
