It has been decided to constitute the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in a phased manner. Giving this information in written reply to a question in the Rajya Sabha, Shri Sachin Pilot, Minister for Corporate Affairs, said that the process for appointment of 30 Members of the NCLT has been set in motion. The location of Benches will depend on the assessed work load at various locations.
