The maximum limit for Board level managerial remuneration in the Corporate Sector under the Companies Act is 10% of net profit in case of Managing Director / Whole-Time Directors. Giving this information in written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha, Minister of Corporate Affairs, Shri Sachin Pilot, said that in case of Non Whole-Time Directors its 1% of net profit.
