The Reserve Bank of India’s Reference Rate for the US dollar is Rs.63.6545 and the Reference Rate for Euro is Rs.85.5502 on November 13, 2013. The corresponding rates for the previous day (November 12, 2013) were Rs.63.5930 and Rs.85.1515 respectively. Based on the Reference Rate for the US dollar and the middle rates of the cross-currency quotes, the exchange rates of GBP and JPY against the Rupee are given below:

Reference rate publication sets prevailing US dollar and euro exchange benchmarks and derives sterling and yen cross rates. Reserve Bank of India published official reference rates for the US dollar and the euro for 13 November 2013, compared them with the previous day's rates, and, using the dollar reference and cross currency middle rates, provided derived exchange rates for the pound sterling and the Japanese yen; the release further states that the SDR Rupee rate will be based on the published reference rate.
