of <h1>RBI Sets New Reference Rates: USD at Rs. 61.1150, Euro at Rs. 81.5420, Pound at Rs. 94.7710, Yen at Rs. 63.44.</h1> The Reserve Bank of India set the reference rate for the US dollar at Rs. 61.1150 and for the Euro at Rs. 81.5420 on August 8, 2013. The previous day's rates were Rs. 61.3940 for the US dollar and Rs. 81.6990 for the Euro. The exchange rates for the British Pound and Japanese Yen against the Rupee were 94.7710 and 63.44 respectively on August 8, 2013, compared to 94.1723 and 63.22 on August 7, 2013. The SDR-Rupee rate is determined based on this reference rate.
