<h1>India's February 2010 Exports Soar 34.8%, Yet Cumulative Exports Fall 11.3%; Imports Rise, Trade Deficit Narrows.</h1> India's exports in February 2010 were valued at $16,091 million, marking a 34.8% increase from February 2009. Cumulatively, exports from April 2009 to February 2010 decreased by 11.3% compared to the previous year. Imports in February 2010 rose by 66.4% to $25,057 million, while cumulative imports for the same period fell by 13.5%. Oil imports in February 2010 nearly doubled, while non-oil imports increased by 55.6%. The trade deficit from April 2009 to February 2010 was $95,418 million, lower than the previous year's $114,721 million deficit.
