In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President has appointed (i) Shri Justice Paramjeet Singh, (ii) Shri Justice Naresh Kumar Sanghi, and (iii) Shri Justice Rameshwar Singh Malik, Additional Judges of the High Court of Punjab & Haryana, as Judges of that High Court with effect from the date they assume charge of their office.
