Speaking at the World Economic Forum on East Asia, the minister emphasized India's strong development partnership with Myanmar, aligning cooperation with Myanmar's economic priorities. India has initiated several projects, including a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement with ASEAN, a tri-lateral highway with Myanmar and Thailand, and infrastructure projects like the Kaladan Multimodal Transit-Transport Project. Additionally, India is investing in Myanmar's human resources and agriculture, establishing IT and training centers, and enhancing agricultural productivity.
