The statutory anti profiteering complaint procedure allows an aggrieved person to file a prescribed application with the State Level Screening Committee or Standing Committee; State committees forward prima facie cases to the Standing Committee, which may refer matters to the Director General of Anti Profiteering for detailed investigation and report to the National Anti Profiteering Authority for appropriate action.
