Remote work authorization for EOU personnel allows outside work with unit liability and export only from unit premises.

Authorized personnel of IT-related export-oriented units, including STP, EHTP and BTP, may work remotely under Para 6.7.5 subject to a unit-issued authorization specifying duration; the unit remains responsible for execution and supervision and liable for misuse; exports of resultant products or services must be effected only from the unit's premises.
