SEZ export permissions allow units to export goods and by-products subject to Letter of Approval and HS prohibitions.

A unit may export goods or services in accordance with the Letter of Approval, including agro-products, partly processed goods, subassemblies and components, except items prohibited under the Import Trade Control (Harmonized System) Classification of Export and Import Items; the unit may also export manufacturing by-products, rejects, waste and scrap arising from the production process.
