Specified provisions of the Code and Chapters otherwise applicable to corporate insolvency apply mutatis mutandis to the pre packaged insolvency process, subject to listed textual and role substitutions (including reconstructions of board member references, clause cross references, and treating the term "resolution professional" as the corporate debtor in certain provisions). The Chapter also mandates terminology mappings: the insolvency commencement date, resolution professional designations, the corporate insolvency resolution process, and the insolvency resolution process period are to be read as their pre packaged equivalents for all applied provisions.
