Fidelity and secrecy declaration requires Committee members to faithfully perform duties, preserve dignity, and protect confidential information.

Each person becoming a member of the Performance Review Committee must make a declaration of fidelity and secrecy. The member undertakes to perform duties faithfully and to the best of their ability, uphold the dignity of the position, and maintain secrecy. Matters or information acquired while discharging duties must not be directly communicated or divulged, except where disclosure is required or authorised by the governing regulations or by law.
