Customs July 23, 2025 Circulars
The government has discontinued the use of the digitized application portal previously hosted on Invest India's microsite for submitting applications under the MOOWR Scheme. Applicants seeking licenses under section 58 and permissions under section 65 of the Customs Act must now submit applications in the prescribed format directly to the jurisdictional Principal Commissioner or Commissioner of Customs. Customs authorities are instructed to inform and guide applicants accordingly.
