Value based advance license

Dear Sir,

Pl let know whether we can apply for value based advance license for procurement of imported inputs as it is very difficult to quantify inputs utilized in final product

The Value Based and Quantity Based advance licenses do not exist in current scenario of the FTP.  You would have applied for Advance License and get the Norm fixed from the Norms Committee of the DGFT.
