Sir,

We are manufacturer of automotive electronic product, the ame product is fall under MRP   

Under the above valueshtion we are cleared our product on MRP basis for  after market sale & on ex-factory for OEM customer,all OEM customare register with Central Excise under rule 9 

Basis of above clarification my question is  Shall we clear the goods without MRP to OEM which is not register under Central excise

As per Legal Meterology Act, 2010, mentioning of the MRP on spare parts (Automotive Components) are mandatory even if to Industrial Customers for Re-sale purpose.  Non Compliance will certaintly attract penal action and compounding thereof.
