One of the company has the EOU unit as well as dta unit.  DTA unit brought the machine under epcg licence. However the export obligation not completed, However they want to send the same machine to EOU and complete the export obligation

As per  FTP there is no provision for the same, Any other provision in FTP avaialable to get the permissionn from Developoment commissioner.
