PROCEDURE REMOVAL OF GOODS FROM MANUFACTURER PREMISES BY MERCHANT EXPORTER

Goods removal under CT-1 requires ARE-1 signed by both exporter and manufacturer, with export invoice and shipping bill filing.
The statutory movement document ARE-1 must be executed and signed by both the manufacturer and the merchant exporter; goods are to be removed on the merchant exporter's export invoice and corresponding shipping bills filed accordingly, where the manufacturer holds a central excise NOC and goods are sealed under central excise. (AI Summary)

Dear Sir,

We are MERCHANT EXPORTER, under  CT-1 procedure planning to export cargo stuffing at Manufacturer premises under central excise sealing, Manufacturer is having NOC from Central excise, what other process/permission docs required to export.

1.

ARE-1 should be signed by both of you.  Goods would be removed on your Export Invoice.  Shipping bills will be filled accordingly.
