Indemnity Bond - Exchang Control Copy

We have misplaced our Exchange Control Copy. We have to remit the payment and Our Bank is asking for 'Indemnity Bond' alongwith other documents.

Can you, please provide me the format of Indemnity Bond for Loss of Exchang Control Copy.

Kindly contact with your CHA for getting the reconstructed copy of the lost bill of entry on payment of nominal fees. In this case, the photocopy of the Bill of Entry will be duly signed by the Commissioner of customs by mentioning that it has been reconstructed. Further, get the FIR lodged before the jurisdiction police station.

Hence, you need not to file the indemnity bond.
