Excise Invoice

In an excise invoice, excise declaration is to printed. my query is what is to be declared in that column, whether from where the goods are received by supplier, or, whether the excise duty is properly passed, or, something else. Also please give the sample text to be written/printed.

The following declaration has to be given in the Excise Invoice. Please refer to Circular No FNo.212/03/94 dated 21.03.94 in this regard.

 

"Certified that the particulars given above are true and correct and the amount indicated represents the price actually charged and that there is no flow of additional consideration directly or indirectly from the buyer"
