notification no regarding export through rebate and bond

Dear Sir,

we are doing job work for fmgc hair oil company. we are exporting all world basis included  nepal and other countries on rebate and bond basis.at the time of submission of return notification no asking for  of rebate and bond supply. can any body help me through provide notification no and date , in case of nepal supply same notification no applicable or not. pl help.

The procedure to Nepal has been changed and now at par with export to other countries, except Bhutan.

With effect from 1.3.2012, export under bond to any country including Nepal (other than Bhutan) is governed by Notification No. 42/2001-CE(NT) dated 26.6.2001 and export under claim for rebate is governed by Notification No. 19/2004-CE(NT) dated 6.9.2004.
