Why they demands 25,000 Rs for that?

Does anybody know about this registration fee detail or table, could you please inform to us?

I could not find out the fees for registration.  The amount they are demanding may be something else.  Please get the clarification from them that under which section or rule they are asking for such a big amount of Rs. 25,000/-
