Dear Sir,

Under the export promotion capital goods(EPCG)Scheme what is concequence if he can not maintained the stipulated annual average exports in a particular years however we have complete the specific licnece wise and blockwise obligation

Please proved the penealities if any under notification / Circular.

In nut shell if the average export is maintained on block wise then there is no penal.
