Dear Sir,

Under the export promotion capital goods(EPCG)Scheme what is concequence if he can not maintained the stipulated annual average exports in a particular years however we have complete the specific licnece wise and blockwise obligation

Please proved the penealities if any under notification / Circular.

EPCG export obligation: maintaining block wise average exports avoids penalties despite missed annual targets. Under the EPCG scheme, if the prescribed block wise average exports are maintained and the licence wise obligations are completed, penal consequences do not arise even if annual average targets are not met in particular years. In nut shell if the average export is maintained on block wise then there is no penal.
