Respected Sir,

                       What is the way to sale raw material which are purchased through a commercial invoice in excise or we have to  make an excisable invoice or a commercial invoice.

If you are removing material as such then there is a requirement of reversal of equivalent CENVAT credti. Therefore, it should be removed on an Invoice under Rule 11 of the CERs, 2002.
