EPCG EO with other EPCG SB No.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have mention EPCG Licence No. 3430000129 in some Shipping Bill, but we are not using those Shipping Bill for completion of Specific Export Obligation for the same EPCG Licence and we wants’ to utilized them for completion of Specific Export Obligation EPCG Licence No. 3430000223.

For above purpose, we need to give affidavit/Undertaking to DGFT/Customs with independence CA declaration that we are using particular shipping bill for only one EPCG Licence No. 3430000223.

Please advise us with your valuable feedback & send us proper format of affidavit/undertaking
