PAN CARD deletion

very Good morning to all,

i have a issue regarding the PAN CARD

one of my client PAN has been deleted mentioning duplicate PAN card and some other PAN no is retained PAN for that. But there is difference in name/father name and DOB in that.

We want to restore the old PAN no and he has also refund of earlier years and filed his tax return uptodate.

can anybody help me in this regards and please tell with whom we contact.
